      Mohamed has 17 years of professional experience, primarily in financial auditing, having participated in over a hundred engagements for various clients, including multinational companies in Tunisia. He has expertise in the financial sector, having worked with several banks and institutions such as the Central Bank of Mauritania and Wifak Bank. Mohamed also has a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, having audited the incumbent operator and participated in the privatization of Tunisie Telecom.

      In addition, he has extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and has led due diligence, valuation, and modeling engagements for various companies, including transformation and IPO projects for Tunisie Telecom and valuations of hotels and other companies.
