      Vincent joined KPMG Taiwan in 2000 after moving back from Australia where he was educated and obtained most of his qualifications. Prior to his current role, Vincent was an audit and tax manager in an Australian-based Chartered Accounting firm for more than five years. With extensive experience in transaction services, Vincent has effectively coordinated and completed a significant number of complex M&A projects. Selected recent deals include De Yu Co., Ltd. acquired McDonald’s Restaurant Taiwan, Mitsubishi’s investment in DingZing Advanced Materials Inc., Hitachi’s acquisition of Yungtay Engineering Co., Ltd., Uni-President’s acquisition of Woongjin Foods Co. Ltd. in Korea, BlackRock’s acquisition of solar plants from J&V Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and New Green Power, and Cool Japan Fund’s investment in KKday.

      In addition, Vincent has also involved in certain non-performing loan transactions for both multinationals and local clients.
