      Wayne Lai is the Head of Advisory of KPMG Taiwan and the Executive Vice President of KPMG Advisory Services. He specializes in enterprise digital transformation strategy, AI and data value innovation strategies, enterprise performance management, and organizational process reengineering. 

      During his tenure as KPMG's Chief Digital Officer, he led the "Project Future is Now" to assist the firm in the digital transformation of its audit and tax departments. He promoted novel digital work experience and AI strategies, and established the Digital Committee to shape digital innovation and organizational culture change management within the firm. Through internal employee experience projects, he led the team to continuously listen to colleagues' voices, optimize the workplace environment, and build a quality employer brand externally. He also actively integrated KPMG's global digital innovation strategy resources to enhance the firm's daily operational efficiency and market visibility. 

      In client services, he led the consulting team, committed to creating AI and digital transformation journeys that balance the interests of customers, employees, and corporate stakeholders through a human-centered approach. He explored various forwardlooking AI and data values and scenarios to help corporate clients continuously advance their transformation momentum.
      He hosts the Podcast "CDO’s Meeting Room" where he invites business leaders to share latest market trends and business stories. He’s also a columnist at a leading Taiwanese business media “Global Views Monthly”.

      Wayne is currently serving as a member of the AI and Digital Committee of The General Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of China, Cloud Computing & IoT Association in Taiwan Committee Deputy Chairperson and as a director at FinTech Industry Development Association.
