He has over 20 years of experience in medical practice and was a member of IRB, Barnes-Jewish Medical Center and School of Medicine, Washington University in St. Louis, MO, USA as well as member of Commissions of TFDA and CDC, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Taiwan.
Jarret has dedicated his professional life in various areas, especially in infrastructure, government, healthcare, biotechnology and pharmaceutics. He facilitates and advises the healthcare and biotechnology companies about assets activation, merge and acquisition, and IPO. He had led the first sale-leaseback transaction of medical institutes, and also professionally helped a large senile care group to accomplish the first IPO in Taiwan. Meanwhile, Jarret provides advisory services to deal with the healthcare and biopharmaceutics issues, such as clinical trial, licensing, drug pricing, reimbursement, malpractice, accreditation, or regulatory compliance, etc.
