Vincent Wu is audit partner and Head of Markets in KPMG Taiwan. He has 20+ years of experience providing financial statements audit, audit of internal control and advisory of accounting system with a thorough understanding of listing rules and regulations in numerous debt and equity offerings. Vincent also develops the KPMG Taiwan approach to sustainability assurance engagement, which include assurance of use of proceeds of green bonds, sustainability linked loans and bonds and full corporate responsibility report. He currently leads the firm’s national effort coordinated with external organizations around ESG measurement, reporting and assurance.
In 2018, Vincent seconded KPMG Vietnam for 3 years to develop Asean-Taiwan Practice. In this role, he led an integrated team coordinated Taiwan and Vietnam resources to support our Mandarin speaking base companies with profession of accounting, tax, legal and M&A. In addition, Vincent served a 2-year rotation in KPMG New York firm, U.S.A and accomplished PCAOB audits of listed companies and NYSE IPO engagements. His rich transnational practical skill and experience can provide KPMG’s professional insight on cross-border investments and local implementation and regulatory compliance.
