Jason Yin is a Partner of KPMG Taiwan. He focuses on financial industries (local banks and foreign banks), technology industries, electronics industries, healthcare industries, etc.
He is skillful at domestic and foreign regulation of Accounting and Auditing Standards. In addition to financial statements audit and review, he provides corporate income tax return certification services. Regarding the financial industries, Jason not only provides assurance services, but also provides advisory services including compliance program consulting, assurance service on AML/CFT/PDAP, and loan and receivable impairment valuation model. He has also successfully assisted several financial clients in implementing the compliance of Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
He is familiar with regulations governing the preparation of financial reports by non-profit organization and has experience in assisting companies with initial public offerings. As a Co-Lead partner of Family Office at KPMG in Taiwan, he provides thoughtful advice to family businesses.
