      Ethan Hsieh has been with KPMG since 2008. Before that, he was a financial analyst at the Bank of New York Mellon and a tax officer at the National Taxation Bureau of Northern Area for over two years, where he handled the audit of CIT and VAT.

      Ethan has collaborated with the global network of tax specialists from KPMG and participated in many M&A projects and several tax audit projects for multi-national companies. For instance:

      Ethan helped corporations deal with different Taiwanese tax authorities’ tax examination on complicated international tax matters such as transfer pricing, cross-border charges, tax incentive, and net operating loss utilization.

      Ethan is deeply engaged in M&A cases, including preparing tax due diligence and structuring reports, financial model review, etc.
