      Every two years, KPMG in Ukraine presents its local Sustainability Report: an integral part of annual reporting that reflects our progress towards achieving UN Sustainable Development Goals.

      Our Impact Plan outlines the KPMG network's commitments to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues in four categories: governance, people, planet, and prosperity, reporting on our progress against benchmarks from the World Economic Forum (WEF) and International Business Council (IBC).

      Sustainability Report

      The Sustainability Report is a local report published by KPMG in Ukraine every two years. It focuses on how ESG principles are integrated into our daily activities and become the basis for business management, team support, environmental practices, and our social projects.  

      Four priority areas we report on

      • Governance

        Our goal is to conduct transparent, accountable, honest, and ethical business. This direction describes our path to building an effective business management system based on the shared values that underlie our management decisions, as embodied by the daily behaviour of teams.

      • People

        KPMG in Ukraine’s strategy incorporates the safety, health, and wellbeing of our entire team, as well as talent development, training, and creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all. 

      • Planet

        The company consistently supports and develops green office practices, including responsible use of resources to reduce our environmental impact. In this section, we also report on the research, tools, and services which we use to promote ESG transformation through our work with clients.

      • Prosperity

        Despite geopolitical turbulence and Russia’s ongoing full-scale invasion of Ukraine, KPMG in Ukraine continues to maintain stable and sustainable operations, striving to retain and attract young talent and professionals, and contributing to the overall cohesion and resilience of Ukrainian society. This area covers our socially significant projects, charitable initiatives, and community support.
