        A paid internship lasting 3–6 months, with involvement in real client projects. Successful interns receive an offer for the position of Auditor or Consultant, depending on their chosen field.

      • Auditor / Consultant

        Work on client engagements under the guidance of experienced colleagues, with active participation in training programmes and continuous professional development.

      • Senior Auditor / Supervisor / Senior Consultant

        Coordination of project teams, with increased responsibility, independence, and decision-making authority.

      • Manager

        Team management, client interaction, employee development, and performance monitoring.

      • Senior Manager

        Strategic management of business areas, key account management, and business-level decision-making.

      • Director

        Developing client portfolios, managing large teams and areas of activity.

      • Partner

        Shaping the company's strategic vision, overall responsibility for service quality and business development.
