Since 2021 Vladyslav as a member of KPMG Law Ukraine professionals’ team has been providing comprehensive support to clients and specializing in banking and financial law, corporate law and M&A, and has experience in advising Ukrainian and international clients on a wide range of issues arising in mentioned areas. Vladyslav also participates in structuring and supporting large-scale transactions carried out under Ukrainian laws or the laws of England and Wales.
At KPMG Law Ukraine Vladyslav focuses on analyzing regulatory restrictions (including, currency regulations) during the structuring of transactions, participates in due diligence, prepares complex transaction documents, reports in debt restructuring procedures, supports foreign investors when entering the Ukrainian market, and also advises on relevant issues for clients in various economics sectors.
Vladyslav’s industry specialization includes a number of sectors, in particular, banking and financial services, manufacturing, retail (FMCG), pharmaceuticals, IT sector, and others.
