      Gennadiy has more than 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, digital resilience, and risk management system development in both the public and private sectors.

      Before joining KPMG, Gennadiy worked for a number of major international organisations where he was responsible for developing information security functions, implementing incident monitoring and response processes, enhancing organisations' preparedness against cyber attacks, and ensuring business continuity.

      Gennadiy's experience includes leading projects focused on transforming large-scale cyber risk management system transformation, modernising cyber security centre functions, and implementing global security frameworks to support business growth while minimising the impact of critical and disruptive events.

      At KPMG in Ukraine, Gennadiy manages projects that assess and enhance cyber maturity in line with international and industry standards, develop cybersecurity models and processes, and build operational security, cyber resilience, and incident management centres. He works with clients across a range of sectors, including finance, telecommunications, transport, energy, and public administration.

      Gennadiy has extensive experience working with critical infrastructure and organisations operating in environments with heightened cyber threats and cyber warfare risks. His practical approach combines strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and a strong focus on clients' business objectives.
