Dmytro has been with KPMG Law Ukraine since 2023 and has over 12 years of professional experience in providing legal services to Ukrainian and international clients in the fields of real estate and infrastructure.
His key areas of expertise include land and agrarian law, urban planning, construction and infrastructure regulation, as well as legal support for investment projects.
Dmytro’s expertise covers legal due diligence of land plots and real estate objects, legal support for investments in real estate and infrastructure, structuring of financing mechanisms for construction projects, and development of legal models for the establishment, construction and operation of industrial parks, implementation of large-scale investment projects, public-private partnership (PPP) and concession projects, as well as the preparation of legal opinions and recommendations on these matters.
He has successful experience in supporting investment and infrastructure projects implemented with the participation of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Dmytro has also provided legal support to private clients in more than 20 legal due diligence projects, prepared transactional documentation, and advised leading Ukrainian developers, engineering companies and international investors.
In addition, Dmytro has practical experience in drafting Public Service Contracts (PSCs) and supporting complex residential and commercial development projects — from land title registration to the commissioning of completed real estate objects.
