Hanna Butar

Hanna joined Transaction Services in 2021, following her work with KPMG in Ukraine’s Audit Department. Over the course of her professional career in audit, Hanna audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statements for a number of local and international banks and companies operating in Ukraine, as well as conducted asset quality reviews in accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine. Hanna has also worked closely with clients to develop and improve their accounting and internal control processes and help them to develop their accounting policies.

Hanna currently provides advice regarding financial due diligence, share purchase agreements, and completion accounts.
