M&A Radar H1 2021: Domestic M&A growing confidently, inbound expected to follow
After a rollercoaster year of ups and downs, H1 2021 saw Ukrainian M&A retum to growth in terms of deal volume (up 77 percent vs H1 2020). It is still too early to telI, however, whether this constitutes a complete rebound of the Ukrainian M&A market as H1 2021 was behind recent peaks seen in 2018 and 2019. Nevertheless, there is some cause to be cautiously optimistic about prospects for the Ukrainian M&A market.
