On 12 April 2023, the international ranking The Legal 500 EMEA published the results of the annual legal market survey.
The Tax Law practice of KPMG Law Ukraine has traditionally entered the Tier 1 of The Legal 500. This year, Serhii Popov, Partner and Head of the Tax and Legal Consulting of KPMG Law Ukraine, was recognized as one of the Leading Individuals of the Tax Law practice.
In addition, the practice of Private Clients practice of KPMG Law Ukraine was ranked in Tier 2. The Private Clients practice team focuses primarily on solving client issues pertaining to the international taxation, tax residency and private assets structuring.
The stability of the results was demonstrated by the following practices of KPMG Law Ukraine ranked in Tier 3 Legal 500: Banking and Finance, Corporate Law and M&A, Disputes Resolution, Energy, and Real Estate practices. Additionally, the clients praised the team of KPMG Law Ukraine's Dispute Resolution practice, noting its “proactivity and drive”.
This year, the practice of Employment was recognized for the first time. Thanks to the extensive expertise of the KPMG Law Ukraine team, the Labor Law practice was also ranked in Tier 3 of The Legal 500.
