KPMG in Ukraine has acted as a financial and tax advisor to u.ventures, a venture fund dedicated to investing in early-stage technology startups, in connection with their investment in PeopleForce, an all-in-one HR platform.
As part of this deal support, KPMG undertook financial and tax due diligence.

u.ventures, founded in 2017, is a venture fund dedicated to investing in early-stage technology startups with world-class teams and significant global growth potential. Their investment amounts range from USD 200,000 to USD 2 million.
PeopleForce is an all-in-one HR platform created to enhance employee experiences and automate HR processes throughout every phase of the employee lifecycle. The company serves over 1,300 clients across more than 30 countries, with a user base exceeding 100,000 active users. PeopleForce raised $5.38 million in a Pre-Series A funding round. This funding will support the company's efforts to expand its presence in Poland and Latin America, two regions that have demonstrated significant growth.
