KPMG in Ukraine has acted as a financial and tax advisor to Kyiv School of Economics in connection with its acquisition of Obolon Golf Club complex, which will be turned into a new campus.
As part of this deal support, KPMG undertook financial and tax due diligence.

In Ukraine, the University, Institute, Graduate Business School, and Charitable Foundation operate under the umbrella of the Kyiv School of Economics. The Obolon Golf Club complex (Kyiv) is set to be converted into a university campus for specialists in applied sciences. This transformation will maintain the sports and recreational facilities and keep the territory accessible to the community.
