Saltanat started her career in September 2010 at KPMG Kazakhstan and participated in the audit of financial companies such as ATF Bank JSC, ATF Finance JSC, HSBC Bank JSC, HSBC Securities JSC, Alliance Bank JSC, JSC "Open accumulative pension fund "Otan", and the industrial corporation EPK JSC. From 2012 to 2017, Saltanat was part of the Financial Advisory Department at KPMG Kazakhstan, participating in various projects involving financial research, valuation, and M&A in sectors such as agriculture, banking, oil and gas, industry, pharmaceuticals, automotive, industrial goods, and consumer products. In 2022, Saltanat joined KPMG Uzbekistan as the Director of the Investment and Capital Markets Department. Since 2023, she has become a Partner at KPMG Uzbekistan.
