Oksana Borisova

Oksana has been with KPMG since 2013 and has over 30 years of experience in developing digital development strategies for governments and international organizations, corporate accounting, Big Data management and electronic document management. She has led projects in various CIS countries. Oksana is developing a technology consulting practice in Uzbekistan and Central Asian countries. She actively cooperates with state institutions and authorities such as the Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee and Central Bank on digitalization and evaluation of their information systems, automation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), development of functional and technical requirements for target systems, as well as development of strategies for digitalization of public services to ensure increased efficiency, transparency and accessibility.
