Michaela is a general insurance actuary with experience across actuarial and risk advisory services. Having worked with KPMG in the UK, Ireland and Malta, she has supported insurers across a broad range of actuarial engagements, including reserving reviews and audits, Lloyd's market engagements spanning SAO reporting and syndicate audits, and Solvency II-related work covering technical provisions, capital assessments, ORSA projections and actuarial function activities.
Alongside her actuarial expertise, Michaela’s experience spans enterprise risk management, corporate governance and Lloyd's oversight. Drawing on experience gained through both advisory and in-house roles, she has supported insurers on risk transformation initiatives, regulatory licence applications and systems of governance reviews.
