Gvantsa has advised clients on legal and regulatory matters since 2019. She joined KPMG Georgia LLC in 2022 and focuses on civil and commercial law, providing strategic legal support to local and international clients across a wide range of sectors. She advises on all stages of business activity in Georgia, including market entry, corporate structuring and governance, commercial contracts, labour and migration matters, and regulatory compliance. Her work includes drafting and negotiating complex civil and commercial agreements and advising on day to day operational issues. Gvantsa is actively involved in regulatory impact assessments, the development and enhancement of compliance frameworks, and the coordination of complex, multi jurisdictional engagements.
