As of 1 October 2025, Beccy will take on the role of Global Head of Healthcare, leading the KPMG healthcare network of 5,000 professionals who provide Audit, Tax and Advisory services to healthcare organizations in 70 countries and jurisdictions around the world.

      Currently, Beccy holds two leadership roles with KPMG in the UK. As Head of Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare (IGH), she is the lead for the IGH market bringing client insight and intelligence to inform the overall IGH strategy and the plans in audit, tax and advisory. As UK Head of Healthcare, she leads the audit, tax and advisory healthcare capabilities who work with clients across the National Health Service (NHS), the private healthcare sector and in international jurisdictions.

      As Global Co-Lead for Care System Redesign, Beccy also collaborates with the KPMG global healthcare network on a suite of approaches aimed at transforming health and care systems to help achieve better health outcomes for local populations, improve quality of care and help reduce inequalities, better staff morale and achieve greater value for money.

      Beccy has more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare. She leads complex healthcare transformation projects working with system leaders, regulators and governments in the UK and internationally to transform the way care is provided and paid for using digital solutions and assets to accelerate transformational journeys.

      Before joining KPMG, Beccy trained as a Charted Accountant and was an Audit professional with another of the Big Four. She then worked for the UK’s NHS for 14 years, with 10 years as an NHS Executive Board Director and held CFO and Deputy CEO roles where she led complex improvement and transformation initiatives.
