Josh is the Global Head of Transaction Services at KPMG International. With nearly 30 years of experience at KPMG, Josh has been helping clients deliver successful M&A transactions, particularly those that are complex, cross-border, and transformational. He’s supported transactions in over 50 countries, always with a focus on building long-term, trusted partnerships.

      In his previous role, Josh led the Global Consumer & Retail sector for Deal Advisory, bringing together a dynamic global community of deal professionals to support clients across every stage of their M&A and transformation journeys. He also served as the co-lead partner for one of KPMG's largest consumer clients.
       
      Josh specializes in sell-side advisory, specifically complex carve-outs. For many businesses and their leaders, selling their business or even just part of it is often a once-in-a-lifetime event with a lot of emotions and a lot at stake. Josh leverages his extensive experience to anticipate the potential challenges ahead, bringing clarity and creativity to the process, balancing the different stakeholder interests alongside clients, committed to their success.
