Nerses has more than 20 years experience with tax, legal and technology consulting on various Armenian, regional and international tax matters for clients in the telecoms, tech, mining, FIG and FMCG industries.
He helped with restructuring large foreign groups, including development of effective holding, management, financing and trading structures to increase transparency and attractiveness to potential investors.
He has significant experience in leading M&A transactions in various industries having worked for more than 20 transactions in last 3 years.
Nerses leads tax and legal technology initiatives in the region, including champions AI adoption both internally for KPMG, as well as for the clients.
Nerses is the Board Director of AmCham in Armenia, and the Chair of AmCham Legal, Tax and Customs Committee.
He is an active member of the Public Council of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
