Hikaru has over 20 years’ experience in M&A transactions advisory with KPMG Corporate Finance Group in Tokyo and has led a number of major transactions. Before joining the Corporate Finance group in 1995, Hikaru worked in KPMG’s Assurance (audit) practice in New York City where he led a number of assurance and financial advisory engagements for major KPMG clients. He has contributed papers and articles on M&A and valuation topics to many professional magazines.
