Sven brings over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation and innovation at the intersection of business strategy and technology. Throughout his career at KPMG, he has held a variety of leadership roles, shaping both client and firm-wide approaches to business transformation.
Currently, Sven leads KPMG’s global strategy and go-to-market execution for Microsoft AI Business Solutions, helping clients unlock value through the responsible adoption of AI technologies.
Previously, he served as Global Alliances Lead for Microsoft Modern Work, where he championed the creation of the digital workplace of the future — integrating Generative AI and collaboration technologies to accelerate enterprise transformation. Sven has also led major investment and restructuring programs within KPMG, playing a key role in transforming internal operations and capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Sven built over a decade of deep expertise in the financial services industry. His work included supporting banks and financial institutions through complex transformation programs — ranging from finance function redesign and outsourcing strategies to the full setup of new financial institutions from the ground up.
