Conrad is currently Head of Global Tax Policy at KPMG International. Prior to this, he served as Head of the China Tax Centre at KPMG China, where he provided experienced technical and policy support to client teams on complex and uncertain tax matters. He also served as the Asia-Pacific Tax Policy Leader, focusing on driving global minimum tax initiatives in the region. Before this, Conrad worked for the European Commission Tax Directorate in Brussels, as well as for KPMG Ireland, the Netherlands and Hong Kong. Throughout his career, he has provided tax policy input to multiple governments and advised extensively on cross-border investments and operations in China and other jurisdictions. He is a frequent speaker and has published several books on international tax matters.
