      Markus Zeimes has more than 30 years of experience as an auditor. He started his career at KPMG Düsseldorf. After qualifying as a Tax Advisor and Certified Public Accountant, he worked for KPMG in London (two years) and the German Accounting Standards Committee in Berlin (three years).

      His focus is on auditing listed industrial clients. He has also advised companies on major carve-out and transformation projects including IPO´s.

      Markus also teaches students on the Master's program in Accounting at the Schumpeter School of Economics in Wuppertal.

        • Extensive experience in audits of annual and consolidated financial statements, corporate transformations, IPOs and M&A transactions.
