Kashmira has seventeen years’ of experience in the life, non-life insurance and reinsurance industries. She plays a key role in delivering the audit of key insurance clients in Johannesburg and Cape Town, which includes developing effective business relationships with clients in order to identify, package and implement business solutions that help our clients grow and become more successful.
For the past fourteen years Kashmira has been managing the KPMG external insurance industry training portfolio for KPMG South Africa and internal insurance industry training portfolio for KPMG Southern Africa. For the past thirteen years she has also been part of the team delivering the KPMG South African Insurance Survey, published for more than 25 years, and currently serves as the lead editor.
