      Thuthula is the Transformation & Inclusion Lead, situated in the Infrastructure Function and specifically the Citizenship and Public Interest Business Unit at KPMG South Africa. 

      Thuthula is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Transformation strategy by facilitating Transformation initiatives across various structures, and bodies by providing relevant insight and expertise. 

      She an Anti-Corruption, Transformation and Inclusion Enthusiast. Her passion and skills lie in designing and implementing initiatives that drive sustainable impact for South Africa’s social, economic, and environmental challenges. This includes project/programme development, capacity building, grants management, transformation, social advocacy, strategic planning, and stakeholder relations. Her diverse skill set includes project formulation, resource mobilization, capacity building, contract, and grants management (both pre- and post-award processes), social advocacy, development communications, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
