      Richard has spent most of his work life championing the causes of the vulnerable and under-represented, most aptly demonstrated in almost 15 years running his own human rights consultancy, Banarra, which is now part of KPMG.

      Richard is internationally sought for his cutting-edge human rights, social impact and purpose insights, high-level facilitation and problem-solving skills and for his ability to inspire meaningful action by boards and their CEOs across industries and the globe.

      He is a pioneer in the field of Purpose – activating corporate purpose to align all stakeholders and affect systemic, organisational and personal change that prevents harm and realises positive impact for clients and society.
