Diana is a Partner in KPMG’s Mid‑Market & Private practice, based in Newcastle, specialising in Business and Tax Advisory. 

With more than 15 years’ experience, she works with private companies, family‑owned businesses and not‑for‑profit organisations, supporting leaders to navigate complexity, manage risk and make confident decisions that support sustainable growth.

Diana is motivated by helping business owners and leaders build resilient organisations while preserving what matters most to them. Her approach is grounded in developing a strong understanding of each client’s objectives and operating environment. This enables her to provide clear, commercially focused advice through periods of growth, transition and change. Her perspective is shaped by working closely with owner‑led and internationally connected businesses, where advice must balance ambition, risk and long‑term stewardship.

She works closely with business owners, boards and executive teams on complex tax, financial and governance matters. Diana’s experience spans business strategy and growth, structuring, regulatory and compliance requirements, financial reporting, governance and outsourced CFO support. She also advises on cross‑border structures and transactions, including businesses operating across the Australia-India corridor.
