Vicky is a senior audit partner with extensive experience leading complex financial statement audits for ASX-listed, private and global organisations. She is the Partner in Charge of KPMG Melbourne’s External Audit practice and a member of KPMG’s National Audit & Assurance Executive.
She has a strong understanding of public company reporting requirements, and a deep knowledge across IFRS, PCAOB and SOX frameworks. She works closely with boards, audit committees, and executive management to support strong governance, transparency, and informed decision-making. Vicky also assists organisations in preparing for and obtaining assurance over climate reporting under the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards.
Vicky advises organisations on a broad range of financial reporting and assurance matters, including compliance, regulatory remediation, acquisitions, divestments, corporate transactions, and finance transformation initiatives. She has significant industry experience across the manufacturing, agriculture, power and utilities, mining and transport sectors, and brings a practical understanding to the commercial and regulatory challenges facing these industries.
Known for taking a pragmatic, collaborative and hands-on approach, Vicky focuses on open communication and strong stakeholder engagement throughout the audit process.
