Alex leads the R&D Incentives and Grants business in Adelaide and previously led the business Nationally. He has over 20 years’ experience in leading chartered accounting firms.
Alex has a consistent history of helping organisations build strategies, processes and capabilities that drive the creation, selection and development of growth opportunities. He has a comprehensive understanding of the Government Grants landscape which he uses to help clients enhance their business. Alex has been involved in a number of KPMG teams advising on the strategic approach, planning, management, delivery and acquittal of large State and Commonwealth Grants.
Alex has had extensive experience and exposure to working with some of Australia's largest ASX listed corporations and with KPMG global network, he has been able to leverage significant investment. In the past 5 years Alex has helped secure over $400 million in grant funding for his clients.
Through a participative leadership style, Alex has obtained the best from employees and business partnerships, and has maximised organisational outcomes.
