Caroline is a Partner based in KPMG’s Consulting practice in Queensland who specialises in helping organisations deliver complex business and technology transformations. She works with boards, executives and program leaders to strengthen governance, improve delivery performance and help organisations achieve the outcomes expected from major investments and transformation programs.
Caroline rejoined KPMG in 2018 and brings more than 15 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs across the public and private sectors. Her expertise includes major program delivery, governance of complex change portfolios, operating model design, ERP implementation, portfolio and investment management, and organisational change.
She is recognised for improving the performance of complex transformation programs by helping organisations establish effective governance, manage implementation risks and resolve delivery challenges. Her experience includes leading major transformation programs, establishing and uplifting PMOs, TMOs and EPMOs, conducting governance reviews, supporting business recovery initiatives, and helping organisations deliver large-scale business and technology change.
