Jessica is KPMG Australia's National Sector Lead for Property and the ASPAC Head of Real Estate. With over 20 years at KPMG, she has developed deep expertise in the property and construction sectors, working with a wide range of clients from major ASX-listed companies to smaller organisations within the industry.
In her leadership role, Jessica oversees a team of specialists, coordinating the delivery of tailored services across the real estate lifecycle to provide clients with comprehensive solutions. The extended team works across tax, transactions, real estate advisory, audit and assurance.
She leads audits for some of the largest listed REITs and brings extensive experience in asset management, development, construction, and infrastructure.
Jessica is also highly experienced in audit and assurance, with a background spanning real estate, funds management, and construction sectors.
