Matt is a Partner in KPMG’s Commercial Advisory & Transactions team. He has significant commercial and negotiation advisory services experience in the infrastructure and port sectors and has led the provision of value-adding commercial advisory services to a broad range of government and private sector clients. This has included commercial strategy development, procurement and transaction management and strategy, project structuring, tender documentation design and development, bid evaluation, contract development and negotiation.
Matt’s ports and freight infrastructure experience is also extensive having advised both government and corporate clients in Victoria, WA, NSW and Queensland covering port development and interstate and intermodal terminal development. Matt’s transactional experience includes multiple ECI and D&C procurements, alliance procurements, ITC contracts, PPPs, DBOM, and commercial property development. Matt is a mega infrastructure procurement specialist.
In 2015, Matt joined KPMG to work in Commercial Advisory & Transactions, and became a Partner in 2022.
