Pauline is KPMG’s National SAP Practice Leader, and the KPMG Global Platform Leader for SAP.
For almost 25 years, Pauline has assisted clients to navigate the complexities of technology implementations, focusing on using a business-led approach to drive value realisation.
She has worked across most major industries including utilities, mining, public sector, manufacturing, distribution & logistics, retail, consumer products, telecommunications, finance & insurance. This experience has given Pauline a deep understanding of what organisations have in common, as well as the unique challenges faced in individual industries.
With senior leadership experience at SAP in regional and local roles, Pauline brings unique experience working with clients evaluating SAP upgrades and/or undergoing SAP transformation projects to KPMG. She also has extensive experience recovering troubled projects and brings her knowledge of what is needed for a successful SAP project to her clients.
In 2021, Pauline joined KPMG as a Partner.
