Rhodri has more than 15 years’ experience with KPMG's Transaction Services, including 3 years in the Transaction Services Group in London (in the consumer and industrial markets team). He has worked with several corporate and private equity clients in Australia on both domestic and cross-border transactions ranging in size from $1m to $40+ billion. These assignments have included acquisition and vendor due diligence, vendor assistance, capital markets (including IPOs on the ASX) and SPA contract vetting.
