He has more than 25 years of experience advising public and private sector clients on the procurement and delivery of large-scale complex transport and infrastructure projects. He has extensive commercial and financial experience in infrastructure procurements, business case development, transaction management, contract negotiations, contract management, stakeholder management, and acquisition and divestment of infrastructure assets.
Paul was KPMG's National Sector Leader for the Transport & Infrastructure sector for 12 years until 2025.
