      Wendell leads KPMG Australia's Engineering Advisory practice. He helps Defence, government and commercial organisations make confident decisions about capability, risk, infrastructure and complex systems.

      Drawing on more than 25 years' experience leading complex engineering, infrastructure and transformation initiatives, Wendell advises senior leaders on strategy, governance, asset-intensive operations and organisational transformation. He is skilled in translating complex technical and operational challenges into practical decisions that improve performance, resilience and long-term value.

      Wendell's experience spans capability assurance, systems engineering, asset and lifecycle management, independent reviews, risk and governance, and leadership of large-scale transformation programs.
