Brendan’s 25 years’ experience spans the full technology lifecycle: from strategy and operating model design through to systems implementation, sourcing, and IT risk management.
Partnering closely with clients, Brendan uses data to drive clear, fact-based decision-making and outcomes to help solve complex business challenges. He is passionate on helping clients unlock faster, lower-risk transformation outcomes, delivering certainty at scale and positioning organisations for sustained growth.
Brendan began his career in systems implementation and quickly moved into IT risk during a period of high-profile corporate failures across Australia and the US. He later specialised in technology sourcing during the global financial crisis, drawing on his Chartered Accounting background to optimise cost, performance, and commercial outcomes. As technology has evolved, he has remained at the forefront – leading work across cloud, mobile, DevOps, and modern IT operating models.
