      Dr Jane Gunn is the Lead Partner for Transformational Change, where she leads large scale change, organisational design and program management engagements within defence and the government sectors.

      Much of her career has focused on working in or consulting to the public sector at commonwealth, state and local government levels including the establishment and leadership of the Strategic Centre for Leadership, Learning and Development within the Australian Public Service Commission.

      Jane holds a PhD in organisational behaviour and strategy from the Australian National University and a Masters degree majoring in human resource management from Queensland University of Technology
