      Paul's pragmatic approach to problem solving, his broad experience and genuine interest in people and building lasting relationships has underpinned his involvement in some of Tasmania's most important reform projects.

      As a firm believer in leading by example, over the course of his career Paul has been a director of Common Ground Tasmania (the social housing initiative), the Fahan School and the Tasmanian Cricket Association. He is currently a Director of Cricket Australia.

      Paul was the State Chairman for KPMG in Tasmania for more than a decade until 2025, when he took on the Chief Operating Officer role for KPMG's Enterprise Division.
