      As the Chief Operating Officer for KPMG Australia, Eileen focuses on executing firmwide transformation, streamlining operational processes, and fostering a culture of innovation. 

      Eileen became a partner in 2005 and was appointed National Leader of External Audit in 2017. In 2021, she took on the role of National Managing Partner of Audit, Assurance & Risk Consulting, and was a member of KPMG Australia's Board from 2016 to 2021.

      Eileen's leadership extends beyond the boardroom. A mentor to aspiring professionals and an active participant in community initiatives, Eileen is also a member of Chief Executive Women and a board member of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute.

      She is a board member of St. Vincent's Health Australia's Finance & Risk Committee, was a Director of Alzheimer’s Australia (NSW) and for 10 years, was the Director and Audit Committee Chair for CatholicCare.
