Helen is KPMG Australia's Greater Western Sydney (GWS) Geographic Lead. Based in Parramatta, she is an experienced audit and advisory professional and has worked in professional services with mid-market and private sector clients for over 30 years .
As the Geographic Lead for GWS, Helen focuses on providing support for local businesses and unlocking the potential of diverse talent to drive sustainable growth in one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions.
Along with extensive leadership and transformation experience, she has a strong track record of driving growth and delivering strategic outcomes. She has held a range of senior leadership roles across complex organisations and has led large, multidisciplinary teams to deliver business transformation and sustainable growth outcomes.
Throughout her career, Helen has worked closely with boards, executives and audit and risk committees across a broad range of industries. Her areas of expertise span external audit and assurance, capital management, IPO readiness, and finance function transformation which enables her to deliver commercially focused and practical outcomes for clients.
Helen is passionate about leadership, mentoring and building high-performing teams. She is actively involved in the community and serves as a non-executive board director for organisations including Good360 Australia and SDN Children’s Services. She also supports mentoring initiatives that connect emerging talent with experienced leaders across Western Sydney.
