      Kelly is KPMG Australia’s National Leader for Privacy & Data Protection services, as well as the Lead Partner for KPMG's Trusted AI services. She is a legal practitioner with more than 18 years’ experience across corporate sectors and in government regulations.

      Kelly brings a wealth of experience managing data privacy risk in complex and sensitive transactions, data breach response, complex regulatory investigations, process governance, conduct and culture. She has been responsible for and project managed multiple high profile litigations and Regulatory Taskforces.

      Kelly has a strong reputation and is widely known as the ‘go-to’ person on privacy-related matters and is often asked to speak publicly on data privacy and cyber related matters. She has experience has been in financial services, insurance, telecommunications, education, health, manufacturing, retail, government and automotive industries.

      Kelly is also skilled in Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
