      Mathew is the Partner in Charge of KPMG Enterprise's R&D Incentives and Grants team. He has more than 20 years of Research & Development (R&D) experience, undertaking R&D reviews for global and local companies, and advising corporate organisations, startups and founders how to scale and grow.

      As National Co-leader of Renewables, Mathew can assist with planning and strategy, procurement and financing, monitoring and performance improvement, refinancing and restructuring, R&D and grants, accounting and tax, and government policy in relation to renewable energy and cleantech.

      Mathew has significant experience in:

      • creating new value for clients through technology-enabled solutions, data driven platforms and new business models
      • opening new markets with strategic alliance and other partners
      • unlocking strategic and commercial value and creation of new revenue streams

      He joined KPMG in 2002 after working in various commercial and government roles.
