      She specialises in aligning strategic priorities, driving customer-centricity, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

      Sue focuses on the energy and utilities sector, leading customer experience and productivity transformation programs. 

      In 2021, Sue joined KPMG as a Director. Prior to KPMG, Sue held senior positions in both corporate and consulting roles leading large-scale transformation projects.
