      Aidan is a Parter within KPMG’s Valuations group in the Melbourne office. He comes from an investment banking background with several years M&A and equity markets experience.

      Aidan has significant experience working on various types of valuations across a number of sectors, including valuations for the following purposes:

      • Preparing Independent Expert Reports for shareholder agreements and disputes.
      • Valuations services for M&A mandates.
      • Valuations of infrastructure assets for unit pricing purposes and transactions 
      • Preparing intangible asset valuations for accounting and tax purposes, including the valuation of trademarks, customer contracts and relationships, patents and other intangible assets.
      • Valuations related advice to clients for investment and shareholder value purposes.
